Meet the Guest Star
Dr. Blitz:
Blitz received his doctorate in physics in 2022, and is now currently working as a postdoctoral researcher in a mathematics department in central Europe. While his degree is in physics, his doctoral advisor was working as a mathematician, even though he, too, has a PhD in physics.
Much of Blitz’s work has been mathematical in nature, inspired from physics problems, but he still works in "true" physics. His current research is in differential geometry (math) and general relativity (physics), which fortunately are very closely related. In his free time, he plays video games, dungeons and dragons, and makes science and political content on TikTok.
