John Hlavin
John received his undergraduate degree in biology and is now pursuing a master’s in marine biology, with hopes of transferring into a PhD track in the coming months. His lab conducts research on a suite of conservation ecology topics with a heavy emphasis on sharks. Over the summer, John began sharing his passion for and knowledge of sharks on TikTok as Marine Bio John.
